DELPHINE

A character lead designed for an animated adventure series, based in the Scottish Highlands, aimed at children 9-2.

This story centres on the adventures of an odd gentle soul, who lives in a tiny cottage nestled in the green hills. Due to her isolated childhood, Delphine finds solace and friendship in the natural world, particularly with her highland cow bestfriend, Glenn. She adores collecting foliage and making earrings and accessories out of them, her favourite things to collect are pinecones. On her adventures across the highlands, she encounters various magical creatures (based on Scottish Highland mythology and folklore) whose existence she always accepts without questions.
